THE FOUNDER
DLX was founded by Dave Leclerc, a passionate sports leader, coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.

With more than two decades of experience in sport development, coaching, and leadership, Dave has spent his career supporting athletes, organizations, schools, and communities in their pursuit of excellence. His experience spans grassroots participation, high-performance sport, event management, and strategic development initiatives across Québec.

As a longtime football coach and sports professional, Dave understands the discipline, commitment, and resilience required to succeed both on and off the field. These values became the foundation of DLX.

Driven by the belief that every action should have purpose, Dave created DLX to inspire athletes and everyday performers to pursue their goals with intention.
